The Peach Cobbler Factory’s newest location is opening its doors this Saturday.

Springville will become the seventh Alabama franchise for the popular dessert-food chain.

Grand opening

The Peach Cobbler factory will host its grand opening from 12-4PM Saturday June 21.

The event promises music, samples, local vendors, games and desserts.

The new restaurant is located at 145 Springville Station, right off I-59’s exit 156.

The Peach Cobbler Factory was founded in 2013. The dessert restaurant is “devoted to crafting delightful desserts that evoke the feeling of grandma’s kitchen.”

First opened in Nashville, the Southern-based restaurant has become one of the fastest-growing chains in the nation in the past decade. Today, it has franchises in 20 different states and six restaurants already established in Alabama, with four more anticipated after the Springville opening.

With the tagline “It’s a Southern thang,” the restaurant includes a wide range of beloved Southern desserts.

Each restaurant offers 12 varieties of the following items:

  • Cobbler, topped with vanilla ice cream and “a dash of cobbler magic” ($7.99)
  • “Bigger & Better” cookies ($5.99)
  • Banana pudding ($7.99)
  • Big cobbler cookies ($8.00)
  • Cobbler shakes ($7.99)
  • Pudd-n shakes ($7.99)

With additional desserts such as:

  • 6 types of “Bigger & Better” brownies ($7.99)
  • 6 gourmet cinnamons rolls ($6.99-$8.99)
  • 6 flavors of churro stix ($7.99)
  • 5 Belgian waffle options ($7.99)

The menu also includes a Dessert Flight, allowing customers to combine any four cobblers and four puddings for $17.99.
