NEW: Wingstop to open 7th location in Birmingham Metro

Wingstop, the popular chicken joint, plans to open a new location at the Shops on Montevallo in Birmingham.

According to Harbert Retail, Casey Howard and Lacey Scott represented the landlord in a deal with Wingstop to open a restaurant at 4500 Montevallo Road.

In the past six months, H&R Block, Bark Park and Katie’s Plates have signed leases within the shopping center, which also includes Planet Fitness, ACE Hardware, Beddzz Express, Shangri-la Restaurant and Pizza Hut.

7th Wingstop location

Founded in 1994, Wingstop is one of the fastest growing chicken wing chains in the U.S. with over 2000 locations. The new joint on Montevallo Road will be the 7th in the Birmingham Metro area.
