Birmingham native Jordan Fisher, a shining star known for his roles on Broadway and television, is set to take over the lead role of Christian in Moulin Rouge! on Broadway starting April 15th.
As a product of the Magic City, Fisher’s return to the Broadway stage is a proud moment for not just his fans, but for the entire Birmingham community.
Trussville native takes the stage
Fisher, who grew up in Trussville, has built an impressive resume on the stage, and his upcoming performance in Moulin Rouge! will only further solidify his place as a rising actor of his generation.
This casting will reunite Fisher with his former Hadestown co-star, Solea Pfeiffer, who plays Satine in the production. For fans of Fisher’s earlier work, it’s exciting to see the two stars join forces once again in a production full of love, drama and incredible music.
