From a new Italian-inspired grocer in Southside to a hydration spa in Homewood, there are all kinds of new businesses popping up around The Magic City. Read on for a recap of all of new businesses, plus a peek at what’s coming soon.

1. Adam & Eve Café | Five Points South
Last month, a new café popped up in Five Points South. This locally-owned spot, dubbed Adam & Eve Café, serves a wide variety of goodies from fresh-squeezed juice and coffee drinks to tasty Vegan food and fresh-baked pastries.
Owned by Yemeni father and son duo Sam and Sal, the café offers a little bit of everything, including:
- Sandwiches + wraps
- Vegan sandwiches
- Waffles + crepes
- Fresh-squeezed juices
- Smoothies + Acai bowls
- Coffee, tea + matcha
- Bagel sandwiches

2. Tre Luna & Grocery | Southside
Fans of Hoover-based Italian restaurant Tre Luna Bar & Kitchen can now shop for some of their favorite items at the new Tre Luna & Grocery in Southside.
Since opening their Hoover restaurant location, owners Erin and Brian Mooney have expanded the Tre Luna operation to include a catering business, Tre Luna Catering. The new Tre Luna & Grocery offers some of the most popular items from the catering side, including:
- Pastas
- Sauces + salad dressings
- Chicken salad + tuna salad
- Pimento cheese
- Spinach artichoke dip
- White chocolate bread pudding

3. Prime IV Spa | Homewood
What better way to refresh after the holidays than with a hydrating spa day? PrimeIV, a hydration therapy clinic, has officially opened its doors in Downtown Homewood.
The clinic specializes in rehydration, energy-infused sessions and IV treatments featuring biotin, B12 and B6 vitamins.

4. Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee | Southside
Georgia-based café chain Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee plans to open a location at the Cortland Vesta apartment complex on Highland Avenue.
The company offers drinks, coffee and equipment made with ethically-sourced beans from Rwandan coffee farmers.

5. SpringHill Suites | Leeds
A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled to welcome a new SpringHill Suites hotel right next to the existing Hampton Inn off Rex Lake Road.
The hotel complex is set to have 115 guest rooms, complimentary breakfast and lobby decor from Barber Vintage Motorsports Musuem. This highly-anticipated hotel is set to be finished in early 2026.
