A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled to welcome a new SpringHill Suites hotel right next to the existing Hampton Inn off Rex Lake Road. The hotel will be developed and managed by Jackson Hospitality Services.

SpringHill Suites by Marriot brings the ultimate vacation and luxury vibes with a spacious lobby and full-service bar.
The hotel complex is set to have 115 guest rooms, complimentary breakfast and lobby decor from Barber Vintage Motorsports Musuem. This highly-anticipated hotel is set to be finished in early 2026.
According to a press release, this new addition to Leeds will bring more jobs and contribute significantly to the economy.
