Qdoba Mexican Eats has opened its first Birmingham location, the third in Alabama, in the heart of UAB Medical District.

Qdoba was voted best by USA Today

Voted USA Today’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice “Best Fast Casual Restaurant” in 2023, Qdoba is known for its healthy menu options and build-your-own tacos and burritos.

In addition to creating your own “masterpiece” meal, Qdoba offers several items, including:

3 street style chicken tacos
Chicken protein bowls
QuesaBirra quesadilla
Hand-crafted guacamole and chips

The new restaurant is open seven days a week from 10:30AM to 9:00PM.

It is located at 425 20th St S Suite 106 Birmingham, AL 35205, next door to the recently opened Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

New restaurants near UAB in 2024

UAB’s recent purchase of the 20-story Daniel Building on 21st Street and 2nd Avenue is likely attracting restaurants to the area. Over the past year, Bham Now has announced the opening of several new restaurants including Salvatore’s Pizza, Outback Steakhouse and Craft’s Chicken.
