Half Shell Oyster House welcomed guests to its very first location in Gulfport, Mississippi back in 2008.

Since then, they have opened 15 locations across Mississippi, Louisiana and our very own Alabama.

Kelli Herring, General Manager at Half Shell Oyster House in Trussville, started working as a server back in 2018.

Over the years, her career and love for the company have only continued to grow.

The restaurant fosters a strong sense of teamwork and supportive environment that Kelli values above all else.

Heather Holliness is the General Manager at Half Shell Oyster House’s Pelham location.

Starting as a server in 2017, she was so inspired by her experience that she eagerly embraced her current role.

Half Shell Oyster House’s positive and uplifting atmosphere makes Heather’s hard work feel truly rewarding.
