New boutique warehouse in Chelsea among high-dollar building permits this week

Ten new building permits were issued statewide this past week for million-dollar-plus construction projects. (Bham Now)

Of the 10 new building permits issued in Alabama this past week for construction projects exceeding $1 million, five are for projects in the Birmingham metro.

One of these projects is for a new clothing boutique in Chelsea. Here’s what we know:

These Three Boutique Warehouse in Chelsea

These Three Boutique has been an online women’s clothing store for nearly a decade, opened by Peyton Thomas Ganus, and operated by her sisters and their mother.

The business will soon build a warehouse for its merchandise in Chelsea, one of the new building permits issued this past week.

The $2.9 million project is located at 360 Highway 440 in Chelsea. The Chelsea Planning Commission approved the project in May.

The site is roughly 4.5 acres and will include ample parking. We will keep you posted on the construction timeline.
