Here’s the idea:

Train: Students start with TrueCoders, an online coding bootcamp, where they will learn the coding skills and knowledge necessary to begin their careers in software development.
Mentor: Then, ALLOY Digital, local software development agency will provide mentorship to TrueCoders’ students, offering guidance on essential skills and the latest trends in the industry.
Deploy: Finally, DEPLOY, a Birmingham-based tech talent agency will take the lead on connecting skilled and vetted employees with top employers.
