This collaborative effort aims to focus on top-tier training, mentorship and job placement for the next generation of tech employees.

Through this new partnership, the three local companies strive to create a path for aspiring software developers in the Greater Birmingham with three simple steps—train, mentor and deploy.

Train, mentor + deploy

Here’s the idea:

  1. Train: Students start with TrueCoders, an online coding bootcamp, where they will learn the coding skills and knowledge necessary to begin their careers in software development.
  2. Mentor: Then, ALLOY Digital, local software development agency will provide mentorship to TrueCoders’ students, offering guidance on essential skills and the latest trends in the industry.
  3. Deploy: Finally, DEPLOY, a Birmingham-based tech talent agency will take the lead on connecting skilled and vetted employees with top employers.

By integrating with TrueCoders’ training programs, DEPLOY will ensure that graduates are job-ready and matched with the right employers for their skills and career aspirations.

With the mentoring support of ALLOY Digital, who serve several notable statewide and nationwide clients, the goal is to streamline the hiring process and reduce the time it takes for graduates to enter the workforce.
