If you are a coffee lover who lives near Montclair Road in Birmingham you have a reason to rejoice today! The highly-anticipated Santos Coffee drive-thru opened this week at 1536 Montclair Road next to Milos.

This is the popular coffee shop’s seventh location in the Birmingham metro area.

According to Luis Aparicio with Santos, the Montclair location is a first for the family-run business.

“This is the first drive-thru-only Santos store. The drinks are the same, but the food will be a little bit different so we can provide faster service.”

Luis Aparicio

What are some of Luis’s food and drink recommendations at Montclair?

Here are a few of his favorites:

  • Cafe Maya — a mix of expresso, chocolate, and a dash of spice
  • Mint Latte — super fresh served with real mint
  • All the Frescas — guava hibiscus is one of the best sellers
  • Italian flatbread and wraps
  • Maya Pops

In addition to the delicious food and drinks, Santos has built a cover over the drive-thru, so both customers and Santos staff can pick up their items without getting wet.
