Benefitting the Will Bright Foundation
In 2014, Lisa and Bill Bright founded the Will Bright Foundation in loving memory of their son, Will Bright, who struggled with addiction throughout his life and passed away from a heroin overdose at only 25 years old.
Lisa and Bill Bright took their loss as an opportunity to help others overcome addiction and give them the tools necessary to maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
Since its inception, the Brights have hosted Rockin’ for Restoration to raise donations toward both the Will Bright Foundation and its rehabilitation program, Restoration Springs.
Restoration Springs—the road to recovery
When you support the Will Bright Foundation, you’re also supporting Restoration Springs—a transitional facility for addicts in recovery in Alabama.
Located in Fayette, Alabama, it serves as a “next step” for men in recovery by providing:
- Housing
- Peer support
- Job readiness + placement
- Transportation
“Did you know most men coming out of a recovery program have no money, no job, no place to live, no driver’s license and possibly pending legal issues, AND are trying to stay sober?
We realize that this ‘next step’ is critical not only to their sobriety, but possibly to their life.”
