Something Hope-Filled, a unique consignment store and non-profit has opened this Saturday and has already caught the eye of many!

Thrifting for a cause

Holley Pugh, owner of Something Hope-Filled, has recognized the need to act on sex trafficking around the world.

Her friend opened a shop supporting non-profits in Pell City and encouraged Holley to take a step towards helping those in need. Thus, Something Hope-Filled was born.

This organization exists to help fund a non-profit called Hope-Filled Rooms. They provide housing for women who have been affected by sex trafficking and exploitation.

“The organization wanted to create a space where women could feel safe and just be themselves if only for a short amount of time. We want them to know they have opportunities for next steps when and if they are ready.

We are a faith based organization, but we want the women to experience Jesus’s love without it being forced on them. At the house there are no strings attached.”

What makes something Hope-Filled unique it it’s inventory of classy, gently-used furniture at unbeatable prices. While customers are shopping, they are also given the opportunity to learn about ways to combat the ongoing issue of trafficking.
