INSIDE LOOK: El Jalisco Mexican Restaurant on Valleydale Road

Last October, we let you in on the details of El Jalisco Mexican Restaurant coming to Valleydale Road. They officially opened their doors in January, and we got a taste for ourselves.

The restaurant’s current lineup of locations includes 11 Florida locations + one Georgia location, and now, Alabama.

On the menu at El Jalisco, you’ll find traditional favorites and creative dishes like:

• Swiss Enchiladas

One thing you can’t forget to try, however, is their extensive cocktail + margarita menu! They are always adding fun new drinks.
