An entertaining + magical storyline
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Musical takes you on a whimsical journey featuring an eccentric inventor named Caractacus Potts who sets about restoring an old race car from a scrap heap with his children, Jeremy and Jemima.
Little does the family expect to discover the car has magical properties like the ability to float and fly.
“So few people have seen this musical, and many of those who have name it in their top 10 favorites.
I think audiences of all ages will enjoy the humor and the spectacle and maybe even more so, the love that ties the Potts family together.”
Zoe Wirt, Truly Scrumptious in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Musical

A standout set
Something that truly stands out about the production is the set.
In fact, each cast member we talked to said the set—especially the flying car—is a big reason why audiences will love the show.
We spoke with Josh Little, production technician and technical assistant of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang to find out what it takes to bring the set to life.
“The show features a very complex and intricate set. From thousands of pieces of hand-painted candy to the flying car, the set has been a major undertaking.
