A local favorite, Cookie Fix, is opening its fourth Birmingham-area location on April 17 at The Village at Brock’s Gap.

Rapidly expanding in the Birmingham area + beyond

Founded by Birmingham native Amy Jason, Cookie Fix is known for selling both fresh-baked and frozen to-go cookies.

Since the launch of the first Cookie Fix location in Homewood in 2016, the bakery has become massively popular—with eight locations across Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee.

In 2024 alone, Cookie Fix has quickly expanded with the launch of three locations in three months.

100+ flavors on rotation

According to its website, Cookie Fix’s menu includes dozens of variations and over 100 flavors on rotation.

  • Cookie Butter Crunch: cookie butter, white chocolate chips, heath bits, sea salt
  • Brownie Bite with a Kiss: cocoa, semi-sweet chocolate chips, espresso powder, sea salt, topped with a chocolate kiss
  • Kitchen Sink: oats, semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, caramel bits, peanut butter chips, marshmallows, pretzels, sea salt
