NEW: Steakhouse coming to former Todd English P.U.B. space in Uptown

Foodies, rejoice! The popular Tuscaloosa steakhouse, Dillard’s Chophouse, announced that they’re opening a second location—and it’s coming to The Westin Birmingham on April 29.
Dillard’s is taking over the former Todd English P.U.B. and current Casey’s location and will be nearby some of our Uptown favorites like Southern Kitchen and Uptown Cantina.
Tuscaloosa’s only fine-dining steakhouse
Home to Tuscaloosa’s largest wine selection and a delectable menu, Dillard’s Chophouse is no stranger to fine dining.
Dillard’s serves traditional American fare like Filets and Ribeyes, plus specialty dishes, brunch and a huge wine selection and cocktail menu. (They even have something for the kiddos).
Here’s a peek at some popular menu items:
- Chilean Sea Bass
- Crab Cake Benedict
- Grilled Double Bone in Pork Chop
- Lobster Macaroni
- New York Strip

Soon, you can experience this fine dining for yourself.
Casey’s Sports Grill is expected to close at The Westin on April 15, and Dillard’s Chophouse will move into the space by Monday, April 29.
Come hungry—they’ll be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
