Popular Birmingham food truck to open brick-and-mortar location in May

A favorite Birmingham area food truck has announced it will soon open its first brick-and-mortar location. Simone’s Kitchen ATL, known for its tasty seafood and comfort food creations, is preparing to open a storefront in Center Point this May.

Simone’s Kitchen + Cocktails coming soon

Owned and operated by Chef Whitney Simone, Simone’s Kitchen ATL has been serving the community for seven years. After its long tenure as a food truck in the Birmingham metro area, Chef Whitney is preparing to rebrand her business as a restaurant, lounge and event space—Simone’s Kitchen & Cocktails.

“Full-time entrepreneurship has been the hardest yet most rewarding thing I’ve ever experienced in life, and although it’s been 7 years as a business owner already, I feel like this is only the beginning!

This journey has been full of first times, prayer, success, failures, tears, joy, doubt, stress, happiness, cuts, burns, long nights, early mornings, courage, sorrow and last but certainly not least, resilience! May this next chapter be the best chapter of my life! My first brick-and-mortar has been fully funded by me!”

Simone’s Kitchen ATL is famous for popular menu items like:
