Momentum is a statewide nonprofit that’s been offering inspiring leadership development programs for women since 2002.

Every other year, they host a huge conference that allows attendees to network and develop leadership skills that will positively impact business, culture and politics in Alabama.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Who: 1,500 professionals (both women + men are invited to attend) 
• When: Thursday, March 21, 2024 | 8AM-6PM
• Where: Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC), 1 Richard Arrington Jr Blvd N, Birmingham, AL 35203

What to expect from Momentum’s 2024 Leadership Conference

The 2024 Momentum Leadership Conference will offer first-class development and mentoring opportunities for both women and men from all over the state.

There’s a special Men with Momentum track

This year, the conference will host its second Men with Momentum track.

There will be a separate morning breakout track, followed by a keynote and your choice of afternoon breakout sessions, as well as special networking opportunities.

The track will focus on:

• Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable
• Truth and clarity in communication
• Use of core values in decision-making
• Resilience to bounce back after failure
• Elevating trust in relationships
