Good eats for a good cause
BRW helps connect the Birmingham community to local restaurants while also giving back to a food-based nonprofit every year.
After the 2023 summer edition, $2,500 was donated to Community Kitchens Birmingham, a local food bank which operates two kitchens in Birmingham—in Woodlawn and Southside—where more than 44,000 meals are prepared each year for those in need in the community.
Over the past 14 years, BRW has donated over $100,000 to local nonprofits and community organizations like FeedBHM, Magic City Harvest, Manna Ministries and Firehouse Ministries.
