Warmer days are getting closer and spring is the perfect time to get moving and join a sports group around Birmingham. Keep reading for some of our favorites and how to get involved.

1. Hoover Co-ed Softball League

Hoover co-ed softball is a fun and exciting way to get out and get fit. They have groups for everyone—from beginners to those looking to take it to a more serious level. Games are happening now through the summer.

3. Birmingham Track Club

The Birmingham Track Club brings friends and family together with races of all different levels. Races and training events happen year round.

4. Bham United Soccer Association

Birmingham United Soccer Association (BUSA) is just what your young soccer lover will enjoy. Their goal is to empower players to be the best they can be on and off the field.

5. Bham Ultimate Disc Alliance

8. She Ball

She Ball was created to help raise money for girls to go to college for football. The spring league kicks off March 3!
