1. Grid

Your speed and agility will be tested in this fast-paced, high-energy game. As the floor becomes a grid of rainbow-colored tile, your team will strategically run around the room to complete each level. Step on the wrong color too many times and game over. 

2. Hoops

Are you a star at shooting hoops? Prove your skills on Activate’s technicolored Hoops Court. As the game clock counts down, try to sink as many shots as you can before the buzzer.  

3. Strike

Experience an all-new way to play dodgeball in this digital revamp. Instead of throwing balls at players, your team will work together to aim for specific targets on a large glowing wall.

If there’s one thing we learned during our visit to Activate Games in Birmingham it’s this: you’ll have a blast!

But before you go, here are some things to know:

• Book in advance: Walk-ins are welcome, but this is your best bet to save time + ensure a game room is available.
  • Each game lasts 1-3 minutes.
  • The full gaming experience lasts 75 minutes.
• Complete the safety waiver: It’s required for your safety + to play. 
• Wear the right gear: Activewear is encouraged; flat-footed, closed-toed shoes are required.  

Age requirements:

• For kids 10 and under, a paid adult is required in the game room at all times.
• For ages 11-13, an adult must be present at the facility throughout the entire gaming experience.
