New Korean BBQ + hot pot restaurant coming soon to Hoover

A new, unique dining experience is coming soon to Hoover. Located in the former home of Juicy Crab on John Hawkins Parkway, HQ BBQ & Hot Pot merges Korean BBQ with traditional Japanese shabu shabu, or hot pot cooking.

Unique, hands-on dining experience comes to Hoover

Whether you’re sharing with a group or want it all for yourself, HQ BBQ & Hot Pot offers Korean BBQ and hot pot experiences with something for everyone. According to its website, HQ’s menu features:

• An array of beef cuts
• Seafood
• Vegetables
• Broths
• Noodles
• Sauces

The new spot will offer all-you-can-eat lunch and dinner specials, alongside a full bar with a wide range of beer, wine and sake. The upcoming location in Hoover will be its fourth restaurant, with three existing locations in Norfolk, Duluth and Pensacola.
