NEW GrindHouse fitness moving to 3rd Avenue North
GrindHouse, LLC, the eccentric fitness center on Oxmoor Road in Homewood, is moving to a new location in Downtown Birmingham. The grand opening for the 3rd Avenue North site is set for Saturday, January 13 and we have all the details. Here’s the scoop.
About GrindHouse, LLC
Offering fun, high-energy training, GrindHouse programs are designed for any client ranging from beginner to experienced.
In addition to online programs, the classes this fitness studio offers include:
- Boot camp
- Group classes
- Personal training
- Sports training
- Strength training
The team of trainers is stacked, and each one is dedicated to the fitness goals of everyone who walks through the doors.

- Monday-Friday 5:15AM, 6:15AM, 8:15AM, 4:30PM + 5:30PM (No 5:30PM on Friday)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6:30PM
- Saturday 9-10AM
