Little Betty is open in Lane Parke

Little Betty Steak Bar is owned by Revival Restaurant Group, an Atlanta-based restaurant collective that owns several other brands including Birmingham’s Southern Kitchen + Bar and Uptown Cantina. The company also owns restaurants in Nashville and Atlanta.

Little Betty has an exciting menu

The menu at Little Betty ranges from steak and salads to pasta and seafood.

“One glance at our menu, and you’ll realize Little Betty isn’t your run-of-the-mill joint. We go above, below and beyond steak, taking you on a culinary adventure. Hand-cut pasta, excitement eliciting entrées, shareable starters that spark conversation and a thoughtfully curated cocktail and wine list – that’s what you’ll find here.”

Besides the obvious steaks, here a few items we have our eye on:

  • Beef Wellington Raviolo: braised porterhouse, duxelle, pecorino fonduta, saba bordelaise
  • Bone-in Veal Chop Parm: thin + crispy veal chop, Little Betty red sauce, basil, mozzarella, arugula
  • Gouda Fries: garlic aioli, ketchup, herb salt
  • Bananas Foster Cheesecake: brown butter caramel, pistachio crumble, spiced ice cream

As for cocktails the “Woah Black Betty, Bramble Lam” is a stand-out with gin, creme de mure, lemon, basil syrup and muddled blackberries.
