About the Heardmont Estates developers

Joshua Fouladbakhsh’s father started Parade Home Builders, Inc. 35 years ago. In fact, the company built Alabama’s largest home, aka “the guitar home” at Shoal Creek.

At 25, Fouladbakhsh is proud to be developing this project, and said “I have a great team to help every step of the way.”

They broke ground on the subdivision at the end of the summer and—weather permitting—plan to be done with the basic infrastructure by end of February.

They are working on design layouts for buyers who don’t want to build a completely custom home. Once buyers have purchased the lot, they have two years to build.
