According to WBRC, officials have confirmed that the upcoming development will be located near the public library on Highway 31. For years, city officials have expressed a desire to introduce fresh retailers and dining establishments to this location. Given the limited available space within the city limits, designers are working hard to make efficient use of the 2.7 acres.
