You better watch out, you better not cry, you better keep scrolling, I’m telling you why…Santa Claus is coming to BHAM! Here are 12 locations and events you will see Ole Saint Nick this holiday season throughout the Magic City.

1. Riverchase Galleria

Starting November 16th, The Riverchase Galleria will be offering pictures with Santa.

‘Tis the season to spot Kris Kringle at the Riverchase Galleria. Make sure you pose for a picture with the guy in a red suit while getting your holiday shopping done. Those who reserve their meeting in advance will get a free phone call from Santa himself, wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas.

2. Helena Hollow

Come on down to Helena Hollow to join Santa and Mrs.Claus for a night of Christmas cheer. Activities include:

  • Christmas craft making
  • S’mores around the fire
  • Face painting
  • Convos with Santa, elves + Mrs. Clause along with pictures
  • A yummy barbecue dinner

Santa will be at the Summit again this holiday season! Introduce your kiddos to Santa and get photos you will cherish for years to come.

4. Vestavia Hills City Center – All is Bright

Those who attend the All is Bright Christmas event will enjoy lots of Christmas activities, fun photo opportunities, live performances, a visit with Santa, lots of great giveaways, vendors, Christmas carols, free kids’ activities and MORE.

5. Junior league of Birmingham – Market Noel

The Junior League of Birmingham is hosting their annual Market Noel, including events and vendors. And yes, the big guy. Chris Kringle himself will be seen being holly and jolly at three separate events hosted by Market Noel.

These events will be:

  • Sundaes with Santa – November 17 3:00PM – 5:00PM
  • Brunch with the Big Guy – November 18 9:00AM – 11:00AM
  • Milk and Cookies with Santa – November 18 12:00PM – 2:00PM

6. Vestavia Hills City – Tree Lighting Festival

Rock around Vestavia Hills City Hall at their Tree Lighting Festival. There will be merchant give-aways, entertainment for the whole family and a visit with Santa as the City of Vestavia lights up the tree.

7. Mountain Brook Holiday Parade

Come out to the annual Mountain Brook Holiday Parade to enjoy floats, local businesses and schools and Saint Nick gallantly riding in on a fire truck!

I guess the sleigh was in the shop. This parade is sure to be a great way to ring in the best time of the year. 

8. Avondale Brewing Company – Holiday Market

Avondale Brewing Company is hosting their Holiday Market with, you guessed it, Santa. The big guy will be camera-ready for anyone, or any pet, who wants a photo. Don’t forget to check out all the vendors at the market and see if you can cross some things off your Christmas list.

10. Virginia Samford Theatre

When you see a matinee of Virginia Samford Theatre’s Stars Christmas show: “Yes, Virginia, There is a Santa Claus” You can meet the big man himself in the lobby afterwards for pictures. This photo app is only available with a purchase of a ticket to the show.

11. Heart of Dixie Museum

Ride a train, run through a festive maze, learn at a museum and see Santa all at Heart of Dixie Museum’s annual Christmas at the Station:

12. Bass Pro Shop

Get a free photo with Santa the next time you’re at the Bass Pro Shops in Leeds. Also, mail a letter to the jolly guy and enjoy free giveaways.
