Since Bay Leaf 280’s closure in February, lovers of Indian cuisine can finally get their curry fix again. Alongside favorites like butter chicken and tikka masala, Saffron offers a wide array of both traditional Indian food and unique Indochinese food. Their menu features chicken, lamb, shrimp, veggie and paneer dishes alongside several vegan and gluten free options.

We stopped by Saffron on their first day to try the menu, and we were blown away by the coriander chicken, patialashahi shank (lamb shank covered with garam masala and turmeric) and rosemary naan. Oh, and don’t skip the mango lassi—it’s homemade and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.

(Pssst.. Saffron is also offering a 10% discount for students.)

“Come see us at Saffron, we offer elevated Indian cuisine along with curated Indian-inspired cocktails and dishes inspired from the royal kitchens of India. We’ll be open for lunch and dinner, to-go and delivery so come give us a visit at 5426 Highway 280.”
