1. Benjamin A. Lee, Customer Support Manager
Benjamin Lee leads, coaches and trains Protective’s Asset Protection Customer Support team in assisting customers with their Vehicle Service Contracts.
Since they’re on the front lines of customer support, Lee’s team sets the bar high for exemplary customer service.
Every day, they strive to become a better version of themselves. Lee explained, “It’s my responsibility to ensure that we are moving in that direction and not doing so would be failing my team.”
When we asked Lee what he loves about his job, here’s what he said:
“Customer Service is a very challenging and gratifying profession. It’s challenging because each encounter is different, and you must be able to switch gears quickly without hesitation. It’s gratifying because those same challenges sharpen your skills.”
Before coming to Protective five months ago, he didn’t even know where the building was located and hadn’t met anyone who worked for the company.
“Now that I’m here, I can say that Protective is Birmingham’s best-kept secret, and I make it my business to spread the word about this great organization. I want others to know the level of comfort and security that I feel.”
