On October 6th, Magnolia Soap Company opened a new location in 5 Points South at 1923 11th Ave S.
Founded in 2016, the Mississippi–based soap company has become known for using simple, organic ingredients in their handmade bath and laundry products.
The move toward organic soap products came in 2016 to bring relief to those suffering from dry skin and skin irritation caused by harsh chemicals used in commercial soaps. Now, Magnolia Soap and Bath Company oversees 43 family–operated locations. Other locations in Alabama include:
- Mobile
- Winfield
- Tuscaloosa
- Cullman
- Huntsville
- Florence
Why 5 Points South?
Patience McRae stopped working as a nurse to become the owner of the Starkville location of Magnolia Soap Co in 2020. Now, 5 Points South on 11th Avenue is her newest shop.
