Indoor soccer postseason championship coming to Pelham in 2024

The Pelham Civic Complex and Ice Skating Arena has been chosen by the National Indoor Soccer Lague (NISL) to host its postseason championship in Spring 2024. Read on to find out more.
Getting the ball rolling
In August, the Magic City SC to joined the National Indoor Soccer League. Now, they’ll be the host team in the 2024 NISL Postseason Championship.
Thanks to partners like Discover Shelby, the City of Pelham, and the Pelham Civic Complex and Ice Skating Arena, the National Indoor Soccer League 2024 Postseason Championship is coming to the Birmingham Area.
In the postseason championship, winners of the regular NISL season will compete against semi-finalists in both mens and womens divisions.

Fun facts about the NISL
- The NISL had its first season in December 2021 with championships ending in Spring 2022.
- Mens and womens divisions compete against teams from all over the Southeast.
- Every NISL game includes a double header in which mens and womens teams compete.
- Under Armour was just chosen as the official NISL uniform provider under a new partnership
The Postseason Championship
The NISL Postseason Championship in Pelham will include regular season champions, as well as the winners of the #2 seed and #3 seed teams in semi-finals. The championship schedule is:
Semi-finals: Saturday, May 18th, 2024.
Championship: Sunday, May 19th, 2024
Location: 500 Amphitheater Rd, Pelham, AL 35124
