This local design company just won the 2023 HGTV People’s Pick award [PHOTOS]

Love good before and after photos? Check out this fun 1950’s local cottage renovated by River Brook Design & Construction, winner of this year’s 2023 HGTV People’s Pick of the Dramatic Before + After category.

HGTV Designer of the Year Awards

The story started a few months ago, when Warner Brothers reached out to River Brook Design & Construction. Warner Brothers asked this local design company if they had content to be used as a nomination for HGTV Designer of the Year—and they got just what they were looking for. A few months later, River Brook Design & Construction was selected as one of the finalists for People’s Pick in the Before and After category.

People all over the country were able to vote for their favorite design by logging into HGTV’s website.

On September 29, HGTV announced River Brook’s design won the People’s Pick of the Dramatic Before and After category of the 2023 HGTV Designer of the Year Awards.

It’s easy to see why River Brook Design & Construction won this award. The little cottage in between Crestline and Mountain Brook underwent a dramatic change, and is a beautiful example of preserving existing real estate.
