About Vulcan’s Day of Play in Birmingham
Before we fill you in on what to expect during Vulcan’s Day of Play at Vulcan Park and Museum, here’s a cool thing to know. It’s part of Nickelodeon’s Our World: Worldwide Day of Play, a global initiative to inspire kids and provide them with tools to activate their creativity.
Honestly, they had me at “Nickelodeon!” (Late 80s kid here… Hey Arnold and Rugrats were my life.)
“Worldwide Day of Play is a celebration of imagination, history and the joy of discovery. As we come together to explore the rich tapestry of our past and ignite the sparks of curiosity in the hearts of our future, we remind ourselves that play is not just a break from reality; it’s a bridge to a brighter, more connected world.”
Pamela Hamrick, Director of Operations, Vulcan Park and Museum
