About MedsPLUS Consulting in Birmingham

Behind MedsPLUS Consulting are Dr. Jennifer S. Campbell and Dr. Pauline K. Long, who bring over four decades of community pharmacy experience to Birmingham. They created MedsPLUS Consulting to educate communities on health and well-being, chronic diseases and to provide support and preventative care.

Why Birmingham? They saw a need for more personalized, comprehensive care, especially in minority communities that have been historically marginalized and underserved.

“We decided to make Birmingham our home in 2022 to be closer to the communities we serve. We also wanted the opportunity to connect and contribute to tthe vibrant, inclusive Birmingham small business ecosystem.”

The pharmacy and wellness center’s presence has been particularly beneficial to Birmingham’s growing senior population.

“We have had patients tell us they love us after we’ve taken the time to educate them on their health conditions, simplify their medication regimen, navigate technology and provide answers to any questions they may have.”
