1. Antiques at the Gardens features 3 event-filled days in Birmingham
Birmingham’s premier antiques show is back, September 29-October 1, and there are so many reasons to be excited. For nearly two decades, Antiques at the Gardens has attracted visitors from across the Southeast and around the world for a gathering of inspirational design and mesmerizing antiques.

2. Antiques at the Gardens features internationally acclaimed interior designer Martin Brudnizki + more BIG names
Are you interested in what’s trending in interior design or seeking landscaping tips from the pros? Each year, Antiques at the Gardens features incredible guest speakers highlighting nationally and internationally acclaimed interior designers, architects, landscape architects and furniture designers.
One of the event’s most notable speakers is Martin Brudnizki. Originally from Stockholm, Brudnizki is the founder and principal of internationally acclaimed interior architecture and design practice Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.
Deemed “one of the best restaurant and hotel designers of his generation,” he’s been listed in AD 100, House and Garden, Top 100 Leading Interior Designers and Elle Décor A-List.
Here’s a rundown of guest speakers participating in the event:
- Friday, September 29—Red Diamond Lecture Series: Hear feature keynote speaker Martin Brudnizki in conversation with Mitchell Owens, followed by Hannah Cecil Gurney, Celerie Kemble, Sarah Wetenhall and moderator Steele Marcoux. The series is sponsored by Red Diamond, Inc., and hosted by show ambassador Richard Keith Langham.
- Saturday, September 30—Love It or Hate It Panel: The iconic Love It or Hate It panel returns with expert designers giving their honest opinions on today’s most popular trends. This year’s panel includes: Aldous Bertram, Paloma Contreras, Peter Dunham, Michael Diaz-Griffith and moderator Anna Brockway.
- Saturday, September 30—Art of Hospitality Panel: Need guidance on hosting that signature event? Join the Art of Hospitality panel with speakers Zoë de Givenchy, Alex Hitz, Blake Sams, Sybil Sylvester and moderator Margo Shaw.
- Sunday, October 1—Presentation + Art of the Home Panel: Enjoy presentations from Antiques at the Gardens show ambassador Richard Keith Langham and Art of the Home panel with Bill Brockshmidt, Courtney Coleman, Stan Dixon, Keith Robinson and moderator Hadley Keller.
