rEVOLVEr Resale
Sarah Randolph, the owner of rEVOLVEr Resale, spent a year in Portland, Oregon. When she returned to Birmingham, she brought back a little piece of her favorite city in the form of a pop-up clothing store. After a year of running the pop-up, she moved to Vinegar and stayed there from May-August. Now, her dream of a brick-and-mortar store is becoming a reality.
“I am so excited to have my first official brick-and-mortar shop in Five Points South! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and with the local business like Golden Temple and Filter Coffee, I feel like this is the perfect spot for my gender-free consignment store.”
rEVOLVEr Resale owner Sarah Randolph
Shortly after moving back to Birmingham, Randolph came out as queer and made it a goal to create a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities with her business. That’s why you won’t find a men’s or women’s section in the store – everything there is non-binary. In addition to vintage and modern clothing items, some other things you might find when visiting rEVOLVEr Resale include:
- Local art
- Accessories
- Furniture
- Home Goods
- Children’s Items
In addition to creating inclusivity, Randolph is also passionate about sustainability. Taking inspiration from consignment shops when visiting Portland, Randolph’s personal philosophy became to shop second-hand as much as possible, seeing it as a form of recycling. Now, she’s sharing that passion with others through rEVOLVEr Resale.

Yolaine’s Enhancing Skincare Products
Yolaine Sykes created her pop-up business seven years ago after experiencing difficulty finding affordable skincare products to use with her and her children’s sensitive skin.
Products are made completely from organic ingredients without the use of dyes, synthetic oils, or fragrances – she even grows her loofah sponges in her own garden! Skyes has built her business with her products being sold at local shops and spas in Birmingham, and she hopes to eventually reach new cities and states with her organic hair and skincare brand.
“We specialize in organic, handcrafted hair and skincare products formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We use organic, vegan-friendly ingredients in our products. Each product is enhanced with essential oils and herbs. Yolaine’s Enhancing Skincare Products is family owned and operated since 2016.”
