1. Oktoberfest at Cahaba Brewing Company—September 16

  • Why go: Join your friends at Cahaba Brewing in the Taproom for excellent craft beer, great food, cocktails and great times as they celebrate the release of their seasonal Oktoberfest canned beer. The Current will have bratwurst, pretzels and more for snacking. The fun doesn’t end there, make sure to check out the photo booth, live music and legendary Stein hoisting competition.

  • Why go: Come on out to Oak Mountain Brewing on September 16 for good times and great beer. They will be selling Oktoberfest Marzen-style Lager on draft as well as 2023 OMBC Oktoberfest t-shirts. Food trucks and live music will be happening throughout the day so you won’t want to miss it.

5. Birmingham Zoo Oktoberfest—September 23

  • Why go: Beer lovers, get ready. Enjoy a huge selection of authentic German beverages from the finest German breweries, including Hofbrau. Attendees will get to delight in tasty food selections from local food trucks and the Zoo’s restaurant, Nourish 205, will be hosting a build-your-own Brats, along with other Oktoberfest-themed snacks and small bites. Must be 21 or older.
