Wakeboarders rejoice! The 2023 annual Mountain Wake Games are happening from June 24 to June 25 at FlipSide Watersports inside Oak Mountain State Park. These two days will be packed with wakeboard competitions, grand prizes, food trucks, vendors and more.

MWG includes both cable and boat wakeboarding. Registration for each category opens at 8AM on the day of the competition. Oak Mountain also offers pre-registration. Check out the daily schedule for more details.
Participation in the events requires registration with the World Wakeboard Association (WWA), which you can do here.

Who can participate in MWG?

Different divisions include novice for ages 10 and under as well as mens and womens’ novice, intermediate, masters and pro categories. Cash prizes for first place range from $150 to $1000.
