Taking place along the banks of the mighty and beautiful Chattahoochee River, you’ll be dancing (shoes optional) to the best of Americana music where the riverbank meets a historic cityscape.

Gov’t Mule is a renowned Southern rock jam band with a sound that blends rock, blues, jazz and funk. Formed in ’94, Mule has galvanized a global fan base with their honest, organic music, that’s lead them to be recognized as one of the most timeless, revered and active bands in the world.

3. You can watch thrilling world-class competitions
The true essence of outdoor adventure is alive at RushSouth Fest, where you have the chance to see over 300 competitors from more than 30 countries go head to head in various exhilarating kayaking events. From October 9-14, RushSouth Whitewater Park hosts the top freestyle paddlers from across the world to compete in the International Canoe Federation (ICF) World Championships.
It’ll be the ninth freestyle world championships; the second to be held in the USA. You’re invited to watch the events go down as well as take part in an Adventure Race hosted by TriColumbusGA, a Zen Zone with Yoga classes, activities for all ages and outdoor games.
4. You’ll sip on craft drinks + enjoy amazing food
What’s a festival without delicious drinks to sip on and bites to eat? Trust us, you won’t go hungry at RushSouth Fest, with a full showcase of local and regional food vendors. They’ll be serving up everything from mouthwatering southern classics to vegan dishes.
