Birmingham companies might want to reconsider how they are celebrating their staff. According to our most recent LinkedIn poll, “What company benefits do you get at the end of the year?”, most employees don’t get any benefits. Keep reading to view the results and our next LinkedIn poll to participate in.

Last week, our audience had the chance to vote on what company benefits they get at the end of the year on Bham Now’s LinkedIn. Here were the choices they could pick from:

  • Bonuses
  • Extra time off
  • None that I know of
  • Parties/Open House

After 430 votes from our LinkedIn audience, most people voted saying they were not sure of any company benefits. The next most voted for was bonuses, rounding in at 28%.
