Fall is the perfect time to get a taste of what living in a luxury apartment at Tributary Rise is like. We went out on a glorious day to check it out—find out what we discovered.

Get a glimpse of Tributary Rise living

The one-bedroom apartment we visited was right next to the outdoor resort-style saltwater pool. As we explored the property, it felt like a gorgeous campus, where you could do most what you need to do on any given day right there, close to home.

In fact, Tributary Rise sits on over 100 acres just off Highway 280 and near I-459. This means it’s close to everything, no matter which direction you’re going.

When you’re ready to head outside, you’ve got choices:

  • 7-acre lake called The Cove
  • 3 miles of hiking trails across the property
  • An outdoor courtyard across from the parking area, with:
    • Cornhole
    • Fire pits
    • Grilling areas
    • Outdoor TVs

There’s another fire pit down by the lake, and there’s a beautiful pier where you can relax by the water.

Just across 280 is The Summit, full of restaurants, great shopping and Alabama’s first Trader Joe’s. In Cahaba Heights, you’ll find great barbecue, biscuits and lots of cute, local shops.

The Summit is also a great place to meet a friend, walk your dog and pass the time.
