The Citizen, one of the newest residential projects in Downtown Birmingham, is almost complete. Read on for insight into these new technology-driven apartments and which Nashville-based restaurant may be moving in.

According to the Birmingham Business Journal, the $21 million project is slated for completion within the next month. Located at 300 18th St S, Birmingham, AL 35233, the project is being developed by Golden Development Group with Creature as the architect and builder.

According to the BBJ, The Citizen is in discussions with Ladybird Taco—who just announced their first Alabama location at Lane Parke—to occupy space on the ground level of the building.
