New dessert bar + restaurant coming to downtown Birmingham this fall

Meet Ampersand Cocktails & Cuisine

As reported by the Birmingham Business Journal (BBJ), the upscale dessert bar and restaurant Ampersand Cocktails & Cuisine has plans to open at Advenir at Station 21 in September of this year. Located near 20 Midtown and the entrance to Rotary Trail, the owners of the upcoming restaurant—Hoover-based RMJ Development LLC—chose the area to match their plans for the restaurant’s modern, chic aesthetics. Currently, the owners are in the process of remodeling the space for the new restaurant. 

RMJ Development LLC is working with several local firms on the project, including SRS Real Estate Partners and Wiggins Building Co.

Get ready to order in September 2022

According to the BBJ, the owners of Ampersand Cocktails and Cuisine are planning a soft opening of the restaurant in early September of this year, followed by a grand opening later that month. Customers will be able to try the restaurant’s menu, which includes a variety of locally-sourced drinks and dishes:
