6. Brioche French toast from Automatic Seafood and Oysters

Automatic Seafood
The best food to eat in Birmingham’s always got to include brunch, right? (Cecilia Wood / Bham Now)

“I recently tried Automatic Seafood for the first time, and I was blown away. I ordered the brioche French toast (served with banana, summer berries, whipped lemon cream fraiche, chamomile and almond) and it was the perfect amount of sweet and fresh. I also snuck a few bites of the avocado toast, which was savory and filling. Will definitely be trying again.”
