No better way to celebrate Do Dah Day, May 14. (Do Dah Day)

1. Drive Electric Alabama Earth Day EV Showcase | Pepper Place

Why go? Alabama Electric Vehicle owners will be there to show off their cars + answer all of your questions. You know you want the inside scoop!

2. Do Dah Day | Cahaba Brewing Co

Why go? Dogs, dogs + more dogs! This annual animal-loving event benefiting animal charities in Jefferson County features live bands, kids’ area, beer + lots of pups. Tongue’s out, fun’s out, y’all.

3. Magic City Wine Fest | The Birmingham Zoo

Why go? The unique chance to travel through different regions in one night via tasty wine samples… how could you say no? Plus, the event benefits The Birmingham Zoo. Hey lemurs, I’m comin’ for ya!

4. Workout for Water | Crestwood Park

Why go? You’ll break a sweat for a good cause. Every dollar raised for neverthirst through this event is matched dollar-for-dollar up to $100,000!

5. Jewish Food and Culture Fest | Levite JCC

Why go? It’s a great way to experience Jewish food, culture + community, plus enjoy live music, bounce houses, local vendors, a rock-climbing wall, Improv comedy + more. The Tickled Pink Petting Zoo will also be there with their kangaroo! I’m tickled pink, all right.

6. 99 Neighborhood Rally | Railroad Park

Why go? Because what’s better than a family fun day? The event features World Games info + activities, a minority businesses pop-up market, DJ + kids’ activities. Complimentary water, soft drinks + snacks will be available and food trucks will also be on-site for purchase.
When: Sunday, May 15 | 2-5PM

7. ASO Musicians Play for Peace benefiting Ukraine | Brock Recital Hall

Why go? You’ll hear talented ASO Museums from Alabama Symphony Orchestra perform while helping Ukraine win their fight for peace. All donations will be made to GlobalGiving’s Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund.
