CORE is your pathway to the real estate industry 🏢

CORE is an online credentialing program that covers real estate industry basics, as well as helpful business skills for all fields. Upon completion, you’re equipped to take on an entry-level job in real estate.

The program presents unparalleled opportunities and convenience. Just ask recent participant Ty’Asia Bonner, a Miles College Student who is now considering a career in real estate. And she’s in good company. When polling 45 of the participants from the first cohort, 95% found the real estate content extremely or very valuable.

One of our favorite parts? Although this innovative program started right here in Alabama by The Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE), it has quickly caught the attention and subsequent support from national real estate organizations and businesses.
