A $7 million condominium development is coming to the downtown area of Birmingham thanks to local developer City Trail View LLC and designated architect Tammy Cohen, president of CCR Architecture & Interiors. The development, named The Percée, will be a three-story modern-style condominium located near the 20 Midtown Apartments area at 2115 First Ave. N.

The Percée will sit next to Rotary Trail and will be central to all the coolest spots in Birmingham including Protective Stadium, Pepper Place, Legion Field and Railroad Park.

“Having the Rotary Trail right out your door is wonderful for both the residential and the office.  These condominiums are beautifully designed and well appointed. When you add the city views and the proximity to the trail we think it is a home run!”
