Chelsea
Cloutier Christmas Lights
For the ultimate home holiday display this December, you have to check out the Cloutier Christmas Lights in Chelsea. This year, the home is more spectacular than ever before—and with good reason.
On December 13, the owners of the home announced on Facebook that their extravagant holiday house is going to be a contestant on season 10 of The Greatest Christmas Light Fight on ABC that’s airing in 2022.
If it’s worthy of TV, it’s definitely worthy of a visit.

Chelsea Park Neighborhood
Last-minute holiday shopping at The Summit is the perfect reason to take a drive down Highway 280 to the City of Chelsea.
Pass the Chelsea Publix and turn right off the highway at the Chelsea Park neighborhood and find house after house decked in Christmas lights from sweet and simple to imaginative and bold.

The Preserve
Think you like The Preserve in Hoover? Wait until you see it in lights! From small to enormous displays, you’ll be ensconced in the holly jolly spirit no matter which street you turn down.

Chick-fil-a at Hoover Commons
Need another excuse to eat Chick-fil-a? The Hoover Commons location has you covered. Here you’ll find their drive-thru decked out in a tunnel of lights. Now that’s the perfect way to tame your hangry.

Mountain Brook
Mountain Brook is charming year-round, but during the holidays, it becomes truly enchanting. From English Village to Euclid Avenue leading into Crestline, you’ll discover trees decked in white lights, houses adorned with beautiful decorations and more.

Trussville
Peppertree Neighborhood
Get ready to wear your sunglasses at night, because the Peppertree neighborhood is the holy Mecca of Christmas lights. Nearly every house is dripping with blinking lights, Santas, blow ups characters, Grinches and more.
Be sure to check out the house with a Home Alone theme on Peppertree Lane. Not only does it have character displays from the movie, but you’ll also find a scavenger hunt sign with a QR code that you can scan for some extra holiday fun.
Turn down Peppertree Circle for the ultimate pit stop during your drive for an over-the-top home display that features everything from a ferris wheel in lights to Pac Man Ghosts. Santa’s Sleigh is also there for the perfect photo op.

Toy Shop on Magnolia
Oh, sweet Christmas. While driving through Trussville, make a stop at my all-time favorite holiday house—the Toy Shop on Magnolia Street. From flying reindeer, a Santa-themed mailbox and a countdown to Christmas, this display is just delightful.

While you’re in Tville, be sure to swing by Standard Oil Products Museum to see Santa in a festive vintage truck and through the up-and-coming Entertainment District filled with lights and all the potential to come in 2022.
Vestavia
If you love over-the-top holiday home displays, a trip to Chestnut Road in Vestavia is a must. Here you’ll find one of the most popular places to check out each year during the holidays, so be sure to slow your car down to a crawl to take in all it has to see.
