We always love welcoming new businesses to Birmingham, and it’s especially exciting when they’re independent, women-owned companies. Three Sixty {real estate} is officially bringing their real estate services to the city, so we chatted with the women behind it to learn more. Check out what sets them apart, then learn more about joining their team today.

Welcome to The Magic City, Three Sixty Birmingham! 🌟

Tricia Young and Nonet Parmer Reese have spent their real estate careers helping clients find the right homes. They founded Three Sixty over ten years ago in Auburn, Alabama to focus on real estate sales, but since then, they’ve expanded their family of services to include property management, resort living at Lake Martin, vacation rentals and interior design and staging. Now, they’re bringing their talents right here to Birmingham!

“As working moms, we understand it, and we’ve lived it. We don’t try to put anybody in a position we haven’t already had.”

Nonet Parmer Reese, Co-Founder, Three Sixty

Nonet’s career has ranged from commercial property development to sales, while Tricia brings a corporate background working in Human Resources for Architecture and Commercial Insurance firms. Their unique backgrounds and personalities combined with their experiences as working moms makes them stand out from other businesses.

Three Sixty’s new Birmingham office is centrally located in Vestavia Hills, and Nonet serves as the Broker. Want to know why they chose this area? From a convenient location that puts them near the action of Birmingham to delish nearby restaurants (we’re talkin’ Bistro V, Slice Pizza & Brewhouse, Nori Thai and Sushi and more), they’re close to everything.

“While we do a ton of new development and construction, one thing I love about coming to Birmingham is the historic homes and neighborhoods. That’s my heart and soul. I think it makes people become more creative to have to work within a footprint of what’s already there.”

Tricia Young, Co-Founder, Three Sixty
