Out of all the rooftop bars on our list, this one is the most secretive. Looking over Region’s Field, this is a speakeasy on the rooftop of Michael’s Parkside Restaurant. You’ll have to call (205) 871-9525 to book a reservation. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
